SLITTER is a HUD gadget that allows you to post from Second LifeL to your Twitter-account
Requirements:
-You need a valid Twitter Account - Get one free at http://www.twitter.com.
-Choose a Twitter name and get your TwitterMail email address. For instance abcdef1234@twittermail.com. If you send an email to that address it will be posted to Twitter.com into your account.
-After registering to twittermail go to http://www.twittermail.com/settings and tick under the section "What part we should send to Twitter?"
-Choose The "Only the subject" -Option.
-For testing Purposes you might also want to check the "This is a robot/alert account" option so your posts are not shown on the official Twitter mail startsite.
-They still appear normally on YOUR twitter site .
-Click save on the website ad you are done.
SLITTER Setup
Step 1:
-Rez the Tool In-world
-Go to to Build Mode and open "More Content tab" of the object.
-You will find 2 Note cards inside.
-One is called config.
-Open this Note card.
-Enter your Twittermailadress in the Config Note card.
-Also enter your TwitterUserName in the Config Note card.
-Click save on the Note card.
-The object will reset itself and tell you its settings in Ownerchat.

Step2:
-Go to to Build Mode and open "More Content Tab" of the object.
-Open the Notecard ###URLS
-The Data has the following Syntax:
-WebsiteName
-website Address
-You can add more websites (for example the addresses of people who you are following on Twitter).
-After you are done take the object to inventory and choose wear.
-It should show up as a HUD now on your screen.
-Touch it to access these Options:
-PostPub= Say your text for Twitter in Mainchat
-PostnSLURL=Say your text for Twitter on Channel 99 (type /99 at the beginning of your text) and include your SLURL in the post
-Post99= Say your text for Twitter on Channel 99 (type /99 at the beginning of your text.)
-CheckSettings= Check your SLITTER settings and see them in ownerchat
-URLS= show the URLs you want to watch
-MYTWITTER = Brings up a dialog to access your Twitter site.
