SIMBAZ CITY TRACK

This is a base-setup city area and from there the owner can use it for what they need it for, shops, homes, clubs, RP City etc..
There is 16 big plots and option to split each down into 2 or 4 plots so you can make variations.

The wholes setup is covered in road to drive on. Gives customer a option to cruise around and relaxing.

Everything is copy, mode. Means you can change whatever you need to. Merge plots for bigger ones, open roads to connect to other SIMs.
Option to reduce the prim use alot. The setup is built in models and easy to remove setctions you dont need.

Models: Plots, Streetlights, Trees, Roads:
The streetlights use alot of prims, so if you can use lesser or dont need then. Good prim save there.
there is alot of trees. So if you can do with lesser, again prims to save.
The plots and roads you might not want to change, other then if you like to use your own textures.

All together a well made City SIM.
Every prim is well model and textured to keep a high quality and realisme. Got a good sense of realistic environment.

The full built is packed with a rezzer and takes you only 1min to set up.
First decide how high in the air you want it., or on the ground if you want it there.
Next, Place your rezzer X at 128, and the same for Y 128. That is the total center of your FULL SIM.
Now press the rezzer for menu and press REZ. BANG!!!
Its quit a awesome view so see it rez it all. So sit back, enjoy it unpacking.
Before you save the built, make a check around the whole track to see if any parts are missing. If so, just derez it and rez it one more time.

You will noticed that the tree's are not there, only the shadow and is how it should be. When you finish setting it up where you want it, drag out the tree you have in your folder
and drag a copy to each shadow. Its a 10min work for you. Simple and easy. I need to do this, becouse its a "Linden Plant" and you cant use it in a rezzer.
