The complete building ( without some sculpetd things) is colpmete modifyable, so you can insert your own textures if you wish. But i think, its beautyfull enough ;)
**The last picture in the set shows the space you need for the house. The square it is on measures 64x64. There stay enough space for a lot of flowers around it :) **
