Silly up your place with this humorous unconventional Christmas tree ~ sign.
This tree can be Resized to a significantly larger size via Menu, however land impact will eventually increase.
Default size is 1 L.I. Increasing tree to quite a bit taller than my character kept the LI at 1, however it does eventually increase.
