Rez out this Sign to give visitors the option of using BInoculars on the Tower.
Click on the Inner-Board to receive a pair. Temporary attaches Binoculars to Avatar's Right Hand. When leaving the Sim, Binoculars will disappear.
Resizing the Sign: Click on the Side poles. (Clicking the Inner-Board dispenses BInoculars.)
