The *SMArts* Gargoyle Building is a unique structure that has a land impact of 89 at its current size of 25m x 25m x 43m. It comes with its own Teleport System. If you choose to use the Teleport System, each station you place has a land impact of 5 (there are 4 set up at our location inworld for a land impact of 20). Additionally, you will need to open the scripts for each location box to change the destination of the script. If you move a station, you will need to reset each script.
The mouth of the gargoyle is open and the head contains a room that is open to the world. There are two interior rooms: the Upper Chamber and the Lower Chamber.
