UNRIGGED MESH
each side is one object.
by default i linked them together and put it on the skull attach point.
each tuft has it's own face.
textures are included, the uv is square for the most part for easy texturing but you can also just tint the white texture I guess.

I love this cheek fluff. It makes felines look so wise and fluffy like a lynx and makes canines look like a fluffy breed like a collie

This cheek fluff is pretty useful to make fluffy cat mods here and there, and the fact it's not rigged is an added bonus (brought a few cheek fluffs but some are rigged and it pains me I can't use them for other head mods and whatnot). Hope there would be different cheek fluff styles in the near future, maybe some neck or chest fluff to match as well.
