This is textures, not a full avatar!
This is head and mouth textures for the Cerberus Felis head, it requires the [SN] Spooky Space Kibbats mod
Some editing knowledge is required to get the glow working. --> Once applied you need to edit linked parts and set the main part of the head, tongue, and teeth to emissive masking.
