The flopper Topper Hat comes in both furry and non furry (both are sold separately). They are color change via channel, the note card explains and has colors you can pick from. You can also tint it if you see fit since its copy, modify but no transfer.
This item is unisex and meant for everyone from dolly to the formal occasion. This piece was inspired by the Mad Hatter by Alice in Wonderland.
