This cottage has a fine balance between brickwork and glas. Footprint 20x20, Base floor 20x10 with an extention of 10x10. The loft is 20 x10, balcony and pateo are both 10x10.
Delivered in a rez box.

How to rez your build:
================
1. Drag the rez box to the ground. Do not open it.
2. From the box menu choose Build. If it does not rez correctly choose Clean and than Build again.
3. Position your build by moving the rez box.
4. When the build is in the final position choose Done from the rez box menu. Enjoy !!
