Beautiful Dockhouse with a very low prim count and tasteful combination of different woods. The dock is 25x30, the house 20x10 with the extention of the entrance area of 5x10. The windows have shutters to be openend and closed just by a click.
Delivered in a rez box.
How to rez your build:
================
1. Drag the rez box to the ground. Do not open it.
2. From the box menu choose Build. If it does not rez correctly choose Clean and than Build again.
3. Position your build by moving the rez box.
4. When the build is in the final position choose Done from the rez box menu. Enjoy !!

Very nice
I had to tweak it a bit to get it to fit just right on my 16x32 parcel, but with some maneuvering of the deck and removing the ramp, it fits great! Love the textures used. I will say, I knew the furniture wasn't included, but was sad to realize the fireplace wasn't part of the house. It's ok though, it wasn't a deal breaker and the price was fantastic for the quality!
Sonata wonderfull houses
as a everyday or a beach or starter home these little homes can't be beat. they are nice and can go just about any where.. once again Sonata has shown that less is more. thanks again for the vivsit to see you home be set up to show art on the island
