Nice big house with large pool and extreme low prim count. House 35x25, 4 rooms and a big balcony. Pool with scripted water 35x20. Windows with shutters look at SONATA Skyhome I for the texture.
Delivered in a rez box.

How to rez your build:
================
1. Drag the rez box to the ground. Do not open it.
2. From the box menu choose Build. If it does not rez correctly choose Clean and than Build again.
3. Position your build by moving the rez box.
4. When the build is in the final position choose Done from the rez box menu. Enjoy !!
