Version 2.1 UPDATE: SOUND FIXED - NOW LOUDER! COPY PERMISSIONS FIXED
[Permissions Fixed: Copiable] Really!
I compressed the dynamic range and amplified the sound by 2dB. Remember, to hear SL sounds you need to have your "Sounds" slider (lower right corner of your viewer) set to at least 1/2 and 3/4 is better. This sound has a wide dynamic range so some parts are supposed to be quiet!
I created this sound ball from public domain sources, heavily tweaked to get the effect I wanted for my own builds.
Just touch the ball to get a menu to start the sound, and various other options. I recommend setting "Preload sound" to ON.

I do not like false advertising
I bought this because it said mod, but when I tried to make the ball transparent I found it is not mod.
TERRIBLE DO NOT BUY
This sounds nothing like wind and more like someone breathing on a microphone, the quality of the sound is terrible, I was sitting next to it and still couldn't hear it. Waste of money.
Volume too low. No copy item? You're kidding me, right? An ambient sound with no copy permissions? i can understand the no mod no trans but the no copy...
This is an excellently scripted object, and it's a good Halloween color, but... unfortunately, the sound is so quiet you can't hear it. (And yes, I've turned the volume to 100%.) I'm afraid I can't rate this higher, for that reason. If it were just a little louder, it would be awesome.
Updated 24 Oct 2008 : raised the rating; the sound is much easier to hear now. Good job!
