YES, Chef's House makes buildings created by Master Builder Steele Wilder. The builds are intended for bars and restaurants but because it's fully modifiable they can be used for anything.
It's completely modifiable. Texture it, restructure it. Use parts of it for other things (detachable deck). Have fun with it!

HOW TO REZ THE LODGE
------------------------------
1. Rez the Southern Charm Lodge box to the ground.
2. Click on the Box and click on REZ
3. Move the box around until you have the building in the right position. As a tip, always sink buildings into the ground a little bit to add realism.
4. When you have it where you want it, click on the box and click on Finish.
5. When the tracking lines disappear the build is now permanent and you can modify it.
6. Take the box away.
