Great poses, but...
These poses are just what I was looking for to use in my photo shoot. They are solid, realistic and very naturally posed.
But be aware that some of the hands are set with widely spread fingers, unlike those shown in the photos here. You need to manually set the hands poses as a clenched first or your photos will look very odd. Making there pose use a clenched first instead of an open hand was a simple tick-box option when the creator uploaded the poses, and I guess they just forgot to do it. Such a shame. However, there's a free product you can get in the SLM that can override the hand poses, and you'll need to get that if you want them to look their best.
I'll be happy to change this review if there's any update.
