Great functional building for any contemporary urban environment. Lots of detail throughout. Punnish double-entendre wording suggests there may be more than Dry Cleaning available here! Good RP trigger.
Note steam press is not functional, but the set is modify so you could make it so.
I'd buy that for a Dollar!
