[SPRIG] BLUE TIKI HUT

On a spacious veranda - this bright and airy little hut has plenty of room to entertain and is ideal for outdoor living.
Inside, there is enough room for a bed and a couple of bits of furniture. ( Bed shown in the pictures for reference of size only - it's not included in the sale, but can be purchased separately from Rebourne on marketplace)

Outside, there is a small covered seating area - with separate seating for four avatars. Lighting is clickable on and off via the bulbs.

55 land impact - copy and modify. Please be aware that if you change the size of this building - it may affect the land impact. Also - it will appear as no modify in the package - this is due to the animations only in the seating area - the rest of the build is modify.
