Precisely what I was looking for!
This home is beautiful inside and out, with a very natural feel to it. Downstairs features a sunken living room well done enclosed fireplace, dining room, and open kitchen spaces, plus a den/office/spare bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs is a master bedroom with private bathroom, plus two more bedrooms and a common bathroom between the two, with a balcony for each bedroom. Outside is a wood deck that wraps around the home. This one is a natural for wooded areas, as well as lakefronts, and may even work out well on the beach or suburbs.
The home is unfurnished (no appliances, furniture, etc), so you can use all those goodies you bought for your Linden home, or start from scratch and furnish/equip to taste (which is what I was looking to do when I came upon this little gem). Only your imagination (and prim limits for your land) limit you. I highly encourage checking out the demo, which unlike most give you the time to inspect everything thoroughly to make certain you have found the house you want.

Open Concept
This is the best open concept home i've ever had. The bedrooms are huge and has an balcony on each bedroom. You would never think the house is big on the inside from the outside. I would recommend this house to anyone with a family or just want the open concept it has.
