SIMBAZ RACING TRACK & SHOP: RACERS BEACH

RACERS BEACH is a multiply race track with many things.

The goal with this track, was to built a multiply function track that could be used for many things.
Here is the list of what this track setup offers you:

1 FULL SIM circuit racing track. Its fairly easy and good for high speed racing as well.

1 Sprint boat track for racing, fun and testing etc... This area can be removed and just used for a beach view or what your desires is for the spot. Could even remove the tunnel for it and have a open pit stop in the middle of the boat track.

1 BIG shop building for the owner. It got 2 floors and made with cool looking texturering. The frontdoor goes out to the mall area and event floor. If you dont need 2 floors for shop, you can use the upper floor as your own workshop, club house etc..

16 Rent shops. Outside the owners shop, there is 16 big rent booths with a big event area in the middle.

1 large Event area in the middle of it all. Can be used for event, DJ club, dance place, info center etc.. Many many options.

1 larger track pit stop. Room for workshop, vendors, hangout area. Whatever you need it for.

this setup aply to many business area's, not just racing. If you like racing or you know many that likes it, this is a cool option for your place to increase your own business and fun.
I highly recomment that you see it in world, becouse the pictures dont give you the realistic environment feeling of it all. And ofc, we are limit to how many pictures we can show you on the market place.

All together a well made shop area with racing tracks. Alot of fun, room for vendors, shops, garage etc..
Every prim is well model and textured to keep a high quality and realisme.
The track are tested by PRO's and ajustemets made and redone to make it the best.

The track was made for the ground water level. but can easy be used in the air with some smaller changes, that i gladly help my customers with, free of charge, within reason.
The sand spots you see around the area, is the SIM land it self. just raise it up to the tree's are or use sculpt prims as the sand land.
owners have modify and copy rights, so you can change, remove, copy anything you like to make it special for your needs.

The full built is packed with a rezzer and takes you only 1min to set up.
First decide how high in the air you want your track. NOTE: The track will go about 20 meters under and 20 meters over the rezzer it self.
Next, Place your rezzer X at 128, and the same for Y 128. That is the total center of your FULL SIM.
Now press the rezzer for menu and press REZ. BANG!!!
Its quit a awesome view so see it rez it all. So sit back, enjoy it unpacking.
Before you save the built, make a check around the whole track to see if any parts are missing. If so, just derez it and rez untill its all there.

I made alot of other tracks as well. Might take a look at those as well, before you decide.
I got many tracks on my SIM, so you can see before buying. If they not up, ask to see them if you want to ahve a look before buying.
