To be clear, "textures" are those you see on the mesh in the pictures, which .. some are easier to customize than others. It doesn't include shadow map textures or AO map textures. While the product description nor pictures made indication there would be physics, I had hoped maybe there were-- but there are not. It comes without any physics. It's not even just phantom, there are no physics! For some, this is ideal, especially for any off-sim creations, but for other stuff it means building your own prim physics or the like, if you intend any of it to be walkable, or collidable. It does come a good size and shrinks down nicely too. I haven't tried bigger yet, but I may! I appreciate that even the ground piece in the pictures is included, though, a little surprise it also has no physics. The whole set comes as one object in a linkset, so if you want to use certain parts of it, you just have to use the "Edit Linked" option and "unlink" the piece or pieces you want to use, it is 8 pieces including the ground piece, and weighs at 7 land impact linked together as one object as delivered.
