A detailed 2 story old hospital building that includes a lobby, surgery, office, morgue, rooms, and a toilet. It will fit on a 30x30 plot of land. I also have hospital furnitures and equipments at my shop for sale.

Bigger On the Inside!
I long searched for the perfect prefab hospital, but they all seemed either too modern, too huge, or too gory and following a very specific RP theme, but this SSB Old Hospital was just what I was looking for! It is so roomy on the inside - hard to believe it has such a small 30X30m footprint.
It has a very detailed floor plan with many rooms covering two floors including reception area, restrooms, morgue, etc., wonderfully detailed textures, and see-through windows going around all four sides (very important to me). There is also a rear "morgue" entrance. I really like the knocking and rattling interior door sounds! Some of the interior doors are "locked" and fake, but still have interactive sound. The only sound I didn't like was the sound of the flapping flag above the main entrance, which was extremely loud, but the flag was unlinked after rezzing, so I just deleted it. Problem solved!
Note: this old hospital is very grungy, but generic enough to fit into any spooky hospital theme you dream up. Some of the interiors are too grungy for me, but, hey, this is mod, so I can re-texture!
