Full perm Mesh for your Builds.
This new Fireplace model is very low prim with 7 to 8 texture faces. This means different sections can be textured to suit your build. Use select face to pick the area you want to texture. They come textured as pictured to give you an example.
There are 2 models included, one with a chimney and one without. An external chimney may be among my following products, if so I'll link it to this listing.
No logs or fire is included. this is the model only.
Please understand that these items are not to be resold full perm.
I encourage you to use them in your builds adding extra value to them.
Give them away with reduced permission if you chose - but please don't share them full perm.
Make sure they are either Mod/copy or Mod/Trans before you sell them.
