[SSD] Tourbillon Pocket Watch | Mod. D-1 | Gold --- Starspirit Design Versión 1.0

This is a Deluxe model featuring complex scripting and high quality prim work. This is, at the time of release, the FIRST and ONLY watch in Second Life that has a real and functional tourbillon. It is made of neither animated textures, nor just prims that look nice but don't have a function, as seen on those few watches that claim to have a tourbillon - this tourbillon is fully made of prims, and is a realistic implementation of First Life engineering - in other words, if SL had real physics, with a few minor changes it could actually work. The other parts of the watch too are of a highly realistic design, including the face, the gears inside and the plates (bridges) in the back of the watch, with the engraving on them.

What is a Tourbillon?
- It is a marvel of engineering, a complex clockwork structure that is considered the top of watchmaking. In First Life, only the greatest brands make watches with tourbillons - and their price is usually just as high as the proficiency requires for creating them. A tourbillon is a special form of the Escapement of a watch or clock - the Escapement and the balance wheel with all their accessories are mounted on a frame which rotates itself while the watch works. Originally it was designed with such an intention, to counter the effect of gravity on the movement, further increasing precision.

All in all, this watch is my masterwork, at this point of time, the most complex, most perfectly designed and most challenging work I ever made in Second Life - and I dare to say, one of the most complex and realistic clockworks ever brought to life in SL.

1, Versions with (Open) in their name are open face, what means they do not have a front cover plate.
2, Versions with a body part marked in their name attach to that attachment point.
3, Versions with no attachment point marked, and are of multiple objects, can be rezzed anywhere but cannot be worn.
4, HUD versions attach to your HUD (Heads Up Display - in other words, your screen). silent HUD version of tourbillon does not make ticking noise.
