This static pose was made with my size avatar and can be edited using a posing editor.
The folder contains an animation and a pose ball both with a mirror pose and a V1 or each which moves the hand slightly.
If you would like to try a pose before purchasing send me an IM and I'd be happy to give you a LM where you can try them. However, they do still have to be purchased from the Marketplace.
