This attractive stone patio and furniture set was finely crafted in England by Rodas Fine Quality Products using superior mesh and detailed textures. This is a full permission set that includes:

1 Stone Patio With Lanterns at 21 LI
1 Detachable Back Wall at 10 LI
6 Patio Chairs With Animations at 4 LI
2 Patio Tables With Umbrellas at 6 LI

This build arrives full size with the above land impacts. It can however be stretched and resized in a normal manner to other sizes and land impacts. All the items are textured but can be re-textured and shadowed on multiple faces to suit your build. The lanterns are fully scripted to turn on/off upon touch. The back wall is removable to allow the patio to attach directly to a home or other structure. The chairs come with sit animations but you can remove or replace the animations as you like. The set rezzes as a soft-linked cluster with all pieces of the unit but individual pieces can be selected for use once it has been placed down. As with all mesh items, these items should be viewed on a level 4 LOD setting.
