which was originally designed with a New York styled ghetto sim in mind, but will work perfectly in any similar scenario. city. industrial, grunge, urban, etc

the building is textured on every side, including rooftops and comes with 6 variations with tintable interiors.
building is entirely linked with configurable doors to to command access.

all designs are created with the builder and sim prim count/land impact in mind. using all custom made textures to add a higher level of detail in order to save on land impact. this makes all of our designs perfectly tailored for all of your sim needs.
