Nice hat, but no mention of it being RIGGED
The hat looks great, and has some nice colours in the HUD, and the materials give it a nice shine. However there is a major problem for me -- this hat sits waaaaaaay to high up on my mesh head and I want to move it downward to sit with better placement. I have hundreds of mesh hats, and none of them are rigged, so I had no thought that this one would be rigged either. There's also NO MENTION of it being rigged in the listing, description, etc. Thus, it is a waste of money for me. Really sad. :(
