This S(W)C Lodge House comes with modify and copy permissions, so little modify can be done with just a little effort. Prims are fairly low and leaves you quite good possibilities to decorate your home if you live in low prim land or parcel. 59 prims ain't that much for a place like this!
So what else you get when purchasing this?
Living space is designed in 2 stories. When entering the 1st Floor from the front door, on the right side you'll have one room and on your left, there's a traditional Finnish sauna/bathroom with stove and gorgeous whisks hanging on the walls.. and enough space to put your own shower or bathtub in. Walking at the end of the corridor, you'll find a decent size hall or living room with windows to every direction! Stairs lead you to upstairs, which is one large room for master bedroom or whatever you choose to do with it. Balcony is right behind the 2 sliding doors!
Comes in Rex box and here's how it works:
1. Rez the object
2. Click the box and select "Rez"
3. Rotate/Move the box to make the structure move
4. When happy with the position, Click the box and select "Finish!" and then you may delete the Rez box leaving the structure on its place.
