You have decorated your dream place amd prims are running high again. Then you try to find just the perfect ringing bells, with very low prims. And you fail. Sound familiar?
Here's a solution: FULL PERM bells. They swing and play church bell sounds when touching.
It is full mesh so make sure you have mesh enable viewer. Item is full perm so you got all rights to it, exept (like every full perm item i have) DO not sell it as it is!
If you want it to play other sounds for example "jingle bells", here's the steps:
1. Edit - Content tab
2. Delete Church Bell sound
3. Drop your own music ( a sound from your inventory) in it and VOILÁ
It had 4 prims but when resizing..
bigger = more prims, smaller = lower prims

Simple yet perfect for what I needed for little country church I was building. Like them cause the swing and on/off is just great. --had an issue of them not sounding for me but partner could hear them fine so thinking it was my net. My net isn't always the best so maybe a problem for others. The bells sounded fine the next day. --looking forward to them ringing for my upcoming sl wedding :) Creator did a good job and was prompt to answer ims when I could not hear the bells ring. --turned out not the bells
