A brand new design from Rose Bourgoin, a only 19 prims !!! house, fitting on a 512 parcel !! with scripted fire place and smoking chimney, networking teleport system and most of all, a small building foot, so plenty of room and prims for gardening !!

ALL my buildings are BOXED, COPYABLE and AUTOMATICALLY, MENU DRIVEN, UNPACKED.

If this is NOT the case, then something went wrong on delivery, just send me a NOTE and ill send you a new box.
So don't give a bad review for NOT unpacking or other UNPACKING problems with the buildings, because if Lindens screws up, its not my fault.
