First thing is it's big. How big? 40x40x40 so be sure to have a large enough piece of land to hold it. It weighs in at 26 prims and is copy/mod so if you tire of the rocks, grass or trees, you can change it up.
So unpack the coffin box, rez the skybox and adjust to your favourite altitude. Be sure to make a LM for your skybox or use a tp system to get in and out as since it is a skybox, it has no doors.
It is undecorated besides textures which allows you to create your own park and cave decorum. If you are interested in the parts used in the decorated pics, they are the following bits from the following merchants.
UNDERGROUND
The waterfall is the realistic waterfall 12 prim copy/mody by FelixvonKotwitz Alter
The rocks/plants around the water are sculpts by whyroc (whyroc.slade)
The campsite is Under The Stars, Xcited! Camp Site by 2WAT Michigan
UPSTAIRS
