This home is big, enough to add your own touches, but i furnished it
so maybe you don't have add anything. Fully furnished, TV controlled by
a push of a button, fireplace, outside BBQ with standing and cooking
animations, loungers on the 2nd floor, Elevator with call buttons fro
each floor. animated toilets (2), sinks, adult bed. eating animations
at the dinning room table. This house fits 38 x 41.5 foot prints
272 prims after the rez box is saved and removed. It's
copy/Mod/No Transfer, scripts are no Mod. If you encounter

I have been asked a lot of times why i sell my builds so cheap.
I do it because i love what i do, Land prices keep going up. So why should you pay a lot for a home. My homes are of good quality. I cringe on texture flickers. I always go over and over and over again on my builds to assure there are none. But i don't have control of sl roll overs or the way things are rezed.
All i can say is i try my very best to give the best product i can.
