Glas Houses "Sami"

I love to take part in build competitions. I enjoy the camaraderie and building with a time limit, but most of all I enjoy having a theme to build around. So, there was this build competition with the theme of "Glass House". Well, duh, right? My natural style is modern. The name of my store is Glas Houses. "Sami" is the result of that build competition. It is distinctly mid-Century modern, with three levels, one bedroom, a fireplace, and working blinds for privacy.

FOOTPRINT: 30 x 20 meters
ADVISED PLOT SIZE: 4096 sq. m. parcel (will fit 2048 sq. m. parcel)
