It supplied with elevator to go up or down of plants. Elegant design, is integrated in construction, you have the option to remove them if you only want to use the ground floor.

Beautiful and versatile
I plan on making this a centerpiece on my university build. It's large enough that I'm able to fit some partitions for classrooms inside.
At first I left a review with my concern about the rez box being no copy, but the creator got back to me with an extremely helpful message and assured me that the building could be rezed as many times as I wanted from the rez box.
On top of this, on the chance I lose or break the rez box, the marketplace redelivery gives another copy.
So all and all, I'm very happy with this purchase.
