Santas House
Original Design
Santa's house is 77 mesh prim house with land impact of 41 so it will use 41 prims on your land.
This is a Christmas display prop which as a sofa for sitting next to Santa & some features if look around.

House is 3D cartoon style and uses ambient lighting for night time.
The Gate and door opens by touch they will both self close after 10 seconds.
