Inspired from a house existing at São Paulo (Brazil), this modern house is mainly built with reinforced concrete and glass.
Its footprint is 18.0 x 19.5 m.
At the ground floor there is a lounge with a fireplace and a patio with a planter and a BBQ.
At the first floor, there are 2 rooms with access to a terrace a part of which is protected from the sun with a louvered panel.
