Mesh Viewer:
To be able to view mesh, you are going to need a mesh enabled viewer.
You can either download the official Second Life viewer 2 or 3, or you can choose from one of the 3rd party viewers. Here is a list of 3rd party viewers:

Rigged Mesh:
Mesh clothing is rigged to make sure it works with avatar movement. A rigged mesh item can not be resized nor repositioned.

You can rezz the box or just wear it and unpack the content.
