This is a two storey home featuring a balcony from the second floor. The house comes modify to allow you to add some dividing walls for rooms if you like, but essentially the house is open plan in design.
A staircase case takes you to the second floor which would be great as your bedroom if you wished.
It has touch controlled swing doors (touch to open and close). Windows and door feature a tint control system to allow you to tint the windows for your privacy.
It comes as a Rez-faux package allowing you to easily place your home.
