Love the design and the textures...great for my beach home. I read what others say about the size...i thought it was small too so I resized it and it's PERFECT. To resize: right click on it, go to EDIT...then pull on the white boxes on each corner of the building box what appears....gorgeous mansion in 20 seconds :)

I love this open and airy house! It is a beautiful blend of architectural styles. The textures are soft and natural. The transitions between public and private spaces are really well thought out and it is definitely an excellent home for overlooking vistas of any sort. For the size and detail it is relatively low prim.
I do agree with concerns raised by another about the door. It is really small and while my avatar fits through it, I can understand that others may not. I would very much love to see an Atlantic Gazer 2.0 that has double doors leading out to each deck, which would allow you to pick which you would like for a front or back door. I would buy it. It has pretty good lod as well so it won't collapse on viewers from a distance. A lovely landmark :)

Really gorgeous as everything else this creator does. But I can't even go in the house by the door, even at my smallest, i can't go through it. Not easy to decorate, but every little details in that house is breathtaking.

Another SC purchase and another beautiful build! I am so happy with this house. Was easy to decorate, love the split levels and the natural light, great size.

This is a really pretty house. Looks great on my land. The problem is, it is almost impossible to decorate. There are many blind spots and there are too many walls inside which make the rooms less functional. I'm still looking for the door that I need to buy. (For $488 there should be a functioning door)
the one that comes with the house opens but doesn't stay open long enough to walk through it. The notes suggested that it can be modified if you unlock it ... but when i tried to lift out one wall the hall house was taken up...Sorry ... disappointing. I've had better designed houses for free.
