Scepter of Elemental Mastery

It's mediocre like most things by Abi - I'm not sure why some sims only accent her products for mages. You arm it, choose the element, default throwing animation and a default texture projectile.

It does what it says but could be quite a bit better. For 200 and the reputation of this merchant, this IS what I'd expect.
