2. Click HUD to toggle snow on / off. Done.

All buildings feature a shop w/ decoy floors above.
All buildings have BIS (Built in Snow) to easily change seasons.
Shop floor, ceiling & Walls ARE re-texturable. (non baked).

* 79 & 81 Size: 10m Deep x 9m Wide x 19m High.
(Does not include ANY exterior stairs)
* 77 Size: 10m Deep x 9m Wide x 24m High.
* Increasing the size will increase land impact.
* Re-texturing exterior, not recommended.

* WARNING!* Most external textures use custom maps.
* Shop Back & Right Wallpapers may be retextured.
* Re-texturing literally everything else: Not recommended.
* Any exterior lighting is removable.
* Fire escapes tintable. Removing will leave bake marks.
