Pier 7:
* Comes in three lengths. Full length (Full), Mid (4), or (2) Shortest.
* Land Impact is 107 for the full length, 87 for mid size,
68 for the shortest size.
* All versions are copy / modify.
* All versions have built in snow options.
* Only entrance & warehouse (upstairs & down), are use-able space.
* All additional sections are for looks only & function as decoys.
* Click chimney top for smoke.

Full Length: (multiple pieces / rez in edit mode / coalesced object)
* 84m Long by 17m Wide.
* Can only be put partially off sim.
(the first 2 sections need to be on land, the rest is off-sim capable).
* First 2 sections useable space (upstairs & downstairs)
* Interior of extension pieces are decoys.
* Exterior of extensions are walkable (along the sides)

Mid Length: (all one piece)
* 54m Long by 17m Wide.
* Can be put entirely off sim (to the edge)
* First 2 sections useable space (upstairs & downstairs)
* Interior of extension pieces are decoys.
* Exterior of extensions are walkable (along the sides)

Short Length: (all one piece).
* 25.5m Long, 17m Wide.
* Can be put entirely off sim (front edge)

* This building was built as a project build for my 1920's New York sim.
* Please be aware, it wasn't built to be modified.
* Any textures or pieces from the build are not guaranteed to function if modified.
