I wanted to make something unique, comfortable & cozy for you all :)

**Chimney Smoke: Click for smoke.

**Texture Options:
----> Click & Hold for 2+ seconds on the front or back exterior
(the red metal front) for texture menu.

Texture options include:
1. Green
2. Red
3. Blue
4. Mustard
5. White (also for custom tinting yourself)
6. Surprise (because we all need a fun option right?) Or cheat and see picture 2...

**Other Notes:
Building is 37 LI. C/M.
Custom tinting? Use edit link parts, and tint the entire front & back piece.
All textures are custom & baked out.
Re-texturing is not guaranteed, and will lose shadow details.
Resizing will increase land impact...
