Dock extension pieces can be un-linked to shorten or make it longer depending on your needs.
Exterior siding is actually white, and has been tinted to blue. Tint to whatever color you wish!

This little house has incredible detail for the prims, It is quite small if you want to use it for a house, but it makes a great little prop for a waterfront SIM.
