Simple, sleek scifi channel sign.
The outer border is off-white and is Materials Enabled. It can be tinted from the Object edit menu, and you can play with the shine and reflectivity,
The inner channel is white, and can be tinted any color. The glow can be changed from the object edit menu. The depth can be changed by using "Edit Linked" and moving the inner channel forward and back.
Resizing the sign may change the land impact!
