Scobas *star* Greeters are a range of extremely flexible and easy to use business aids.
All greeters share the standard Scobas access controls, ie public access, group access, user list and ban list.
All greeters employ a configuration notecard which allows you to set up and store your preferences from the many options available. All greeters will also allow you to change some of the options simply by using the blue menu.
All greeters store a daily visitors list. This list is automatically maintained and it enables the greeter to only greet each visiting avatar ONCE per day.

Greeter *1* - The entry level greeter.
Greets newly arriving avatars (optional).
User definable greeting. The greeting format is "Hello avatar name. <your message> "
You may greet with Whisper, Say, Shout or IM.

Gives a notecard automatically on arrival or by selection using the visitor menu. (Or notecards are not available)
Gives a landmark automatically on arrival or by selection using the visitor menu. (Or landmarks are not available)
Allows the display (or turning off) of hovering text. This would allow you to display "Click for a landmark" for example.

Allows you to configure the number of days that visitor data is archived. The archived data is held completely separately from the daily visitors list. Both lists are maintained automatically, but the daily visitors list is cleared each day, at the change of day, archived data is retained for the required number of days and only the data for the oldest day is cleared.
You may get a detailed report of each archived visit
or a daily summary total over each of the days you have opted to archive the data

Not working
This does not work as it says it should....the only thing it does is send a very dark Greeter Message to the visitor in local. Brown text color that you can barely see...very easily missed. Does not give my visitors a LM or a NC or even the pop up menu to choose. I practically have to put it in front of their face so they can see it. I IM the creator and no response. When I get a response and he shows me how to get this working...maybe then I will change my review. Right now this was a waste of money and its garbage.
