Each stair section and each banister section has a land impact of 1, and if you link sections, this will be reduced even further. You could build a 9 component staircase and only have a land impact of 5.
Pack contains 16 components, the attached photographs show the actual configurations that are supplied with the kit.
All stairs are walkable, so no invisible prim is needed.
