The trapdoor and ladder is perfect for getting up into those confined spaces in your castle tower or the attic of your house. Just click the trapdoor, it swings open and then the ladder slides down. Click the trapdoor again and the ladder slides up and the trapdoor closes.

Also included are 3 ladders, 12 rung, 10 rung, 8 rung plus all sculpt maps. This will allow you to tailor this device to fit your own particular build.

۩ Variable speed of operation. Fast, Medium or Slow.
۩ Non linkable, works in any rotation.
۩ Allowed users may lock the trapdoor to prevent access.
۩ Configure sounds for open, close, lock and unlock.
۩ Different sounds may be configured for the start and end of opening and closing. (useful for 'slow' devices)
۩ Set door opening time. (or 0 to never close)
۩ May set up any number of user messages which display when components are initialised. (useful for builders to give customers help)
۩ May set up a welcome message to whoever opens the trapdoor.
۩ Allow or disallow group access, via notecard or menu selection.
۩ Allow or disallow public access, via notecard or menu selection.
۩ Define the Owner as a user. (useful for resale by builders)
۩ Define User list.
۩ Define Ban list.
۩ Only Allowed Users my operate the menu. (menu activated by holding left click for more than 5 seconds)

Works Great!
Not sure why the other review is so low, but I've used this in several builds and it works flawlessly. The only issue I had was that I forgot to change one of the channels (user problem - the door and ladder use separate scripts - duh!). Once I figured that out, no problems at all and everyone who sees it loves it. Support is always available too. Another excellent product from one of SL's best creators.

I am not satisfied, not one bit.....I cannot modify the scripts and it is a waste of L!!! I would like a refund. If it was a product that was less than $L500, then I would not ask for one. Thank you.
