Find out what really runs around you.
Script Radar HUD scans nearby objects with scripts and shows distance, script count, memory usage and exact region coordinates – automatically every 60 seconds or on click.
Tired of invisible lag monsters, mystery snow machines and “something scripted” around your parcel?
Script Radar HUD shows you exactly which objects are running scripts near you and how “heavy” they are.
Wear the HUD, and it will quietly scan your surroundings (up to 96 m).
Every minute you get a clean report in local chat, for example:
Script radar: Objects with scripts nearby:
- evh Romance Umbrella | dist: 4.87 m | scripts: 1 | mem ~ 16 KB | pos <81.42, 186.93, 2752.88>
- EVH Romance Towel | dist: 5.63 m | scripts: 10 | mem ~ 640 KB | pos <83.19, 185.71, 2750.96>
- Pitching boat 2 LI – swing on/off | dist: 6.04 m | scripts: 5 | mem ~ 320 KB | pos <85.77, 182.81, 2750.92>
You instantly see:
What object (name),
How far it is from you (distance in meters),
How many scripts are running inside,
Approx. script memory used (in KB),
Exact position in the region (XYZ coordinates).
Perfect for:
Estate owners and managers hunting script lag;
Store owners who want to know what’s running around their shop;
Scripters and builders who like to debug and analyze surroundings;
Curious residents who want to find hidden emitters, snow/rain machines, talking objects and more.
How to use
Rez the HUD from your inventory and Wear/Attach it (for example, to Center HUD).
As soon as it is attached, Script Radar HUD starts scanning automatically every 60 seconds.
Watch local chat – you will see a report like:
Script radar: Objects with scripts nearby:
Want an instant update? Click the HUD – it will run a manual scan right away.
Use names, distances and coordinates to find the objects in-world:
fly / walk to the position,
select the object,
decide what to do next (return, inspect, talk to owner, etc.).
Important notes & limitations
Script Radar HUD cannot read or show the code inside other people’s objects.
It only uses normal, allowed LSL functions to read public object info: name, distance, script count, memory, position.
It does not bypass permissions: if scripts or attachments are disabled in the region, the HUD may not be able to scan.
The HUD reports total scripts and memory per object / linkset, not per single prim.
Results depend on the current region performance and script limits.

- Automatic scan every 60 seconds – no need to press anything
