(Script) The Floating Text Mod Script Version 1.0

The Floating Text Editors:

DESCRIPTION:

These three scripts are used to change the text, location, and color of the floating text on an object. Each script has a different function. Only use one of these scripts per object. This is what they do:

EditTextDescription.tws: Only used to add the object description to the floating text. The easy way to make your own floating text.

EditTextName.tws: Makes the floating text the same as the name of the object.

EditTextNameDesctiprion.tws: Adds the name and description of the object as the floating text. This script has the left and right functions disabled as they don't function right.

CONTROLS:

W -> Up
S -> Down
A -> Left
D -> Right
E -> Cycle Colors
C -> Reset script, text, and release controls.

INSTRUCTIONS

Touch object to start. Script will ask you to allow access to controls. This will map your moment controls to the object so you can edit the text with ease. Select Yes to allow the control and edit the text.

Use controls above. Text is updated on the fly. Changing the name or the description will update the floating text while editing.

When satisfied with the results, touch the object again and click No when asked if the object would like to take controls. You can remove the script as the floating text doesn't need the script to keep the text there.

NOTES:

- Only owner of the object can modify the text

- Wont work on object with no Mod rights

- There is a 254 text limit. White space and return char are included.

- Height of the text is determined by the text size limit.

- There are only 9 colors. They are White, Black, Red, Blue, Yellow, Green, Purple, and Cyan.

-If you lost controls of you Avatar moments, click the object again and choose No to remove controls. You can also reset the script but DOING THIS WILL RESET YOUR FLOATING TEST TO DEFAULTS.
